Hello! I wanted to start with a short intro because I am introducing a new category. This is for all those times you don’t know what book to jump into next. Simply look for the article that sounds like a fit, and start reading to find a handy list of books that might interest you! I’m also always going to be on the look out for new ideas or topics to add from people like you! Are you one of those people who, for you, there is nothing better to do than to cuddle up next to a dog? This list might be for you. Well, especially if you’re one of the those people who the very best thing is snuggling with a puppy while reading your favorite book. Yeah, that’s me. I made this post full of books for all of the doggy lovers out there. Enjoy!

• Nubby’s Story: I have in fact done a book review on this book, so if you’re interested, it might be a good idea to go check it out. This heartwarming story features a puppy born without his two front legs. That’s how he got his name, Nubby. Thankfully, his caretakers are there to care for the pup and want to make sure he ends his journey happy and healthy! Will they succeed? Find out now: Nubbys-Story
• A Dog’s Purpose: I’ve decided to bring in a classic that you may have heard about, or even read. A Dog’s Purpose is the loving tale of the dog Bailey as the book explores the concept of true friends and bonds that will never be broken, no matter how far apart you may happen to be. If you like this book, there is also a movie out, as well as two more books in the series! I will link to all three down below: Dogs-Purpose – Dogs-Journey – Dogs-Promise (Also, don’t forget to look into W. Bruce Cameron’s other series…)
• Paper Wishes: This third book is not exactly as puppy-based as the other books I’ve listed, but for anyone who understands the special bond between a dog and their owner will surely fall for this book, even though it might tug on your heartstrings! Based in the timeline of World War II, Paper Wishes is the sweet story of a young girl who is forced to live in an internment camp during the war. But the worst part is that she will have to live her dog with a neighbor. Without her companion, who is she? Take her journey with her: Paper-Wishes
• Puppy Pirates: The name might sound a little ridiculous, but this series is offers the perfect entertainment for younger readers. The inspiring story about a small puppy who sets off to become a pirate will have you laughing with amusement and cooing from the cuteness of this lovable tale! This is where you can purchase a one-four pack: Puppy-Pirates-Adventures (This is just the beginning… if you like the books, there is three more!)
• The Call of the Wild: I had to mention this book, as I had seen the movie in the theaters many years ago and haven’t been the same since. The journey of Buck, raised into a cruel life, is so powerful and heartwarming. The end was sad, it’s true, but the message of this book, or movie in my case, is truly overwhelming. In a good way. I want to read the book soon, and in the meantime, this story will go on changing the way I view life. Five stars in my eyes, and I hope you feel the same: Call-of-the-Wild
